What exactly do you check?
Tracking implementation, data quality, configuration, performance and archiving, security and updates, and the technical privacy settings. We agree on the scope with you beforehand, single areas are possible too.
Do you need access to the server?
For tracking and configuration a Matomo login with admin rights is enough. Performance and operations are best checked with access to server, database and logs. Without server access we assess what can be checked in Matomo and from the outside.
Do you check data protection as well?
We check the technical settings, such as IP masking, retention periods, cookies and the connection to your consent banner. The legal assessment stays with your data protection officer, our report gives them the technical facts.
Do you implement the actions as well?
Gladly. The report is written so your team can act on it. If you like, we take over single items, the whole package or the operation of your instance afterwards.
What does an audit cost?
