Do you work for public bodies?
Yes. Our Matomo projects include the GKV-Spitzenverband, the Max Planck Society, the German Research Foundation (DFG) and the City of Nuremberg.
Where are the servers?
In data centers in Germany, in Nuremberg, Falkenstein and Frankfurt. We do not use hyperscalers such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud for operations.
Can it run in our own data center?
Yes. We also operate Matomo on your infrastructure, with an SLA if you like.
Can your staff sign in with single sign-on?
Yes. With our AuthSaml plugin your staff sign in through your identity provider via SAML.
Who decides on the privacy settings?
You do, together with your data protection officer. We implement them and are responsible for hosting and operations under a DPA.
